there are as many reasons to like this duo as to dislike..i´m not the kind of guy into house music, disco disco, DJ sets etc.. and i would also have been much more happier if DFA1979 had never split up and this duo never existed...but what the hell, they make excellent music, so why not to listen and give it a try...

I was trapped by this band with the song Trick or Treatz, so when i got their whole album i awaited moreless similar song structures.I was at first point a bit dissapointed since the album is instrumental except for Trick or Treatz
but, after few listens it turned up to be very interesting album... if you like Tom Vek, you will probably like this too.... their new EP, Radio Ladio is more indie math rock, but still, it is very good...
I´m not a big patriot, especially when music is concerned, but this is something totally different..

there are special rules of writing Y/I after consonants B,F,L,M,P,S,V,Z in Czech, which means that there is a list of words from each consonant where the Y is written...like for P..(in the school, we learned this rules and words diligently when we were under ten, coz it´s very important element of our language, every consonant words took us at about 3 weeks to learn and we learned it as poem)...so in the lyrics there is NETOPÝR, SLEPÝŠ, PYL, PÝCHA, PYTEL, PYSK...which is just a sequence from the "P" poem...and this sequence sounds powerful and funny to me..so this is it,, put it together with the music and you have my special song...
This summer, I saw them live at one festival in a small tent, with few people..intense experience... (who am I exactly singing for ?)
In February, they are releasing a new album, first song called Avelanche (to be heard at their Myspace) is solving a big mystery of voices inside your brain telling you to WAX...while skiing... this is promising for me...

Fever (get it here) is the first single from the yet-to-be-detailed album that should ll be released next year. the tension of this song is fantastic. the split screen in the clip is "(aint born) typical" for them since they create music separately... i hope that the rest of the album ll be as powerful as this...
